Has extensive experience of conducting cases in courts of general jurisdiction and courts of arbitration; has, in his capacity as a legal advisor, provided support in respect of commercial transactions, including the sale of shares in charter capital and share issues.
Deals with the registration of property transactions.
Prepares legal opinions in the fields of civil law, currency legislation, corporate law, employment legislation, bankruptcy and landlord-tenant relations.
Has experience of carrying out the complex legal due diligence involved in the setting up of companies and their activities.
Represents client interests in cases concerning corporate law, inheritance law, family law, insurance legislation and the non-fulfilment of contractual obligations; represents client interests connected with the execution of judicial acts, including cases involving debt recovery.
Participates in seminars organised by the American Bar Association (ABA) in support of the Central East European Law Initiative.
