• Graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Law.
• From 1997 to 2004, worked in various departments of the Moscow Public Prosecutor’s Office as senior inter-district investigative officer and senior assistant to the inter-district prosecutor (state public prosecutor).
• Has conducted investigations with respect to (and acted as state prosecutor during) the court hearings of complex criminal cases of various categories.
• Has worked together with the investigative groups of the Moscow Prosecutor’s Office and the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation on complex and long-running criminal cases.
• Has completed professional courses at the Russian Federation General Public Prosecutor’s Office management training facility and also in the Department of Social and Forensic Psychiatry of the Faculty of Post-graduate Studies at the I.M. Sechenov Medical Academy in Moscow.
• In his capacity as advocate, has been successful in defending both public employees charged with misconduct and the heads of commercial organizations in cases involving commercial crime. Has successfully defended clients in high profile cases.
• Represents the interests of clients in cases involving the protection of the honour and dignity of the individual and the commercial reputation of legal entities.
• Author of a number of articles on criminal law and associated procedure.
