• Has successfully represented individuals and legal entities in courts of general jurisdiction and courts of arbitration in disputes relating to antimonopoly law, securities market legislation, property rights’ legislation, public procurement legislation, corporate law, contract law and employment.
• Provides legal support for large investment projects and for mergers and acquisitions (M&A transactions).
• Provides legal support for the commercial activities of industrial enterprises.
• In 2008, completed courses organized by the Swiss Russian Forum Foundation, the Swiss Union of Advocates, the Federal Chamber of Advocates of the Russian Federation and the Faculty of Law of the European Institute of the University of Zurich.
