• Graduated from the St. Petersburg State University.
• Awarded a master’s degree by the Institute of European Law of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
• Holds the diploma in European Law of the College of Europe (a joint programme of cooperation between the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the College of Europe, Bruges (Belgium)).
• Acts as a consultant on Russian and foreign legislation.
• Experienced in carrying out the legal due diligence of Russian companies (oil extraction industry, production of construction materials, telecommunications).
• Provides legal support in respect of mergers and acquisitions (M&A transactions) and has acted as a consultant to foreign companies wishing to establish subsidiaries or enter into joint ventures within the Russian Federation.
