Has experience of carrying out the complex legal due diligence involved in the setting up of companies and their activities.
Provides consultancy to the firm’s clients on issues concerning the anti-monopoly regulation of entrepreneurial activity.
Has successfully represented state interests in a case involving the management of one of the major Russian airports and linked with the contesting of a number of transactions related to the disposal of state-owned property.
Has taken part, in the context of civil and arbitration proceedings, in the working sessions of courts of all instances, including cases brought before the Presidium of the Supreme Court of Arbitration of the Russian Federation.
In 2007, completed a course at the Academy of Finance of the Government of the Russian Federation, entitled “Taxes and taxation in modern Russia”.
