sports legislation, employment legislation, civil law and the protection of intellectual property rights.
Graduated from the Faculty of History, Political Science and Law at the Russian State Humanitarian University.
From 2005 to 2008 – worked legal consultant (and later chief legal consultant) to the Russian Football Union (RFU).
Took part in the drafting of the Federal Law “On physical culture and sport”, and the amending of the provisions of the Employment Code of the Russian Federation, relating to sportsmen and women.
From 2006 to spring 2008 – held the post of executive secretary of the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the RFU (Russian football’s disciplinary body), a post which includes the right to vote.
Member of the RFU commission for the licensing of football agents (2006-2008).
Since 2006 – arbitrator of the Moscow Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Since 2007 – consultant to the RFU Commission on the licensing of football clubs and stadiums.
Member of the Russian Association of Lawyers.
Participant and organizer of international conferences on sports law under the auspices of the Moscow State Academy of Law.
Co-author (with D.I. Rogachev) of the book “The Football Fair” and author of a series of articles on sports law.
