Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Institute of Management in Arkhangelsk.
Undertook a refresher course in taxation at the Moscow School of Economics.
Has taken part, in the context of arbitration proceedings, in the working sessions of courts of all instances, including cases brought before the Presidium of the Supreme Court of Arbitration of the Russian Federation.
Has extensive experience of conducting disputes in the courts of arbitration of the following regions: Moscow, North-west Russia, the Volga and Central Russia.
Is currently engaged in the drawing up of documentation warning of the possible tax risks involved in transactions, the preparation of measures to alert clients to the possible onset of demands from the tax authorities’ and the drafting of advisory bulletins on issues linked with the application of tax legislation.
