Tatiana G. Starikova, an attorney at the Law Firm “YUST” delivered a report Dissolution of Marriage in the Private International Law at the International Family Law: legal aspects, problems and solutions workshop conference held by the European Law Students Association (ELSA) at the Moscow State Law Academy (MSLA) from 12 to 13 November, 2009. International adoption, marriage, and family relations in the Islamic countries, same-gender marriage peculiarities, recovery of child support payments abroad and other topical issues increasingly arising during the legal practice were addressed at the conference.

Students from ELSA divisions in Saint-Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kiev and other, White & Case lawyers, MSLA students, post-graduate students, and lecturers attended the conference.
