The 5th All-Russian Tax Forum Tax Policies and Solutions to surmount the Crisis was held at the conference center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow on 1 December, 2009. Evgeny Primakov, CCI RF President, addressed the Forum participants with an opening speech. The Forum was divided into two sessions dealing with tax policies in 2009 and 2010, and tax-related solutions to overcome the crisis.

Andrey Lisitsyn-Svetlanov, J.D., Professor, Senior Partner at the Law Firm “YUST”, made a report Current Law Enforcement Issues in the Tax Law and Entrepreneurial Law during the Forum.
