“Limits on legionaries: an analysis of the practice”, an article by Michael Prokopets, a Senior Lawyer at the Law firm "YUST", is published in the June issue of the “Labour Disputes” magazine that covers the matters of practice of settling labour disputes.

In his article M. Prokopets analyzes the limits on legionaries in sports that are in effect in Russia and abroad, as well as the legislation that governs such limits. He also evaluates these limitations from the point of view of discrimination in labour relationships and assesses the perspectives of legally contesting them.
