Production of the Moskvich automobiles may begin once again in the Russian capital

Dmitry Seregin, Advisor to the Law Firm “YUST”, Patent Attorney of the Russian Federation, commented to the Rossiyskaya Gazeta on the filing by Renault Russia of the application to register the Moskvich trademark with the Rospatent: "If the sociological survey allows ascertaining that the consumers are misled by the use of the Moskvich trademark on a car that is not the successor of the Soviet-made Moskvichs, the issue of banning such actions for being dishonest competition may arise".
